Race Officer Training 2010

The ISA Racing Department are setting up the 2010 race officials training programme.

Clubs are invited to host an ISA Race Officer Level One and Level Two training courses. As the courses are open a club could host the course and invite participants from neighbouring clubs.

The courses are presented in a friendly and interesting manner by qualified ISA National and ISAF International race officers.
Course materials are supplied by ISA Racing.

    Level One

This is the popular starter course. It is suited to those with a little or no previous race management training with perhaps some experience at either helping out with the local race team or even running small races for their club. It is also ideal for those on clubs OOD roster for the first time this year.

The course covers the basics of race management and is one of the requirements for appointment to ISA Local Race Officer.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Time required is one day, morning and afternoon or two evenings.

Level one:

March 27 Dungarvan Harbour Sailing Club
